Password protection is available to run EazyAUTO4. Thus insecure access to data posting can be blocked.
Other ultimate option is "Undo Entries Booked". using this option user may undo (un-delete) recently booked entries thru EazyAUTO4 from Tally. So you can book entries with confidence and without thoght of "what if something goes wrong..."
